We are also able to provide formal property valuations which are compliant with the RICS Valuation - Professional Standards (Red Book) March 2017. Our valuation service includes inspection and measurement of the property, reading of the title documents and occupational leases, researching comparable evidence and providing a comprehensive report. These formal reports can be used for private pension accounting purposes, internal accounts and for probate.
