Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the Landlords for the sale of this vacant premises, initially we provided a report on the open market rent and capital value of the property. We then assisted in marketing, carrying out viewings and ongoing negotiations with one interested party. Throughout the sales process we assisted with ongoing communication and timing and worked to bring the sale to completion in March 2023.
