Owen Isherwood acted on behalf of the Landlord in sourcing a new Tenant following expiry of the previous lease. Given the planning changes this was marketed on the basis of the new Class “E” use and after a short period of marketing multiple offers were sourced from a variety of occupiers. Terms were agreed with Motion Training Ltd for a new 20 year lease at asking rent.
