Owen Shipp Commercial acted on behalf of the occupational Tenant in agreeing a new 10 year lease which was held within the Security of Tenure provisions of the 1954 Landlord & Tenant Act. Owen Shipp were able to agree a rental level significantly below the notice served by the Landlord and liaised with the Tenants solictors throughout regarding the renewal process and were able to bring this to a succesful conclusion.
