Weymead House, Millmead – Owen Shipp Commercial acted on behalf of the Tenants, Komo Wine Bar, in agreeing a Lease Renewal of their Inside the Act tenancy. This meant a formal procedure had to be adhered to during the renewal process with relevant notices served by the parties solicitors. Despite the onset of COVID and an initial request for a 20% increase in rent – terms were agreed for a renewal with a significant reduction in the previous passing rent, as well as rent free for the Tenant from commencement.
