We carry out numerous Market Valuations of residential properties for mortgage lending. Valuations are also provided for probate, matrimonial, tax and other purposes.

RICS Homebuyer Survey
and Valuation reports

These reports are a very popular summary report in a standard format to advise purchasers of post 1900 properties of urgent and significant defects. They include a market valuation and estimated rebuilding costs. They are less detailed than building surveys and therefore more economical.

Building surveys

These are detailed reports normally for purchasers of houses, and are more appropriate for pre-1900 built properties or those that have been extensively extended or altered. They do not normally include a valuation. Specialist tests can be arranged for the services such as the electrics, heating and the drainage system as an additional service.
