Michael Owen BA MRICS, RICS Registered Valuer, went into partnership with Graham Shipp MRICS in 1993 and formed Owen Shipp Chartered Surveyors in January 1999.

Ten years later they decided to trade separately but still under the Owen Shipp name. Since 2009 the businesses have been trading as Owen Shipp Commercial, covering commercial agency and valuation, and Owen Shipp Surveys.

Gary Whitaker BSC MRICS joined Owen Shipp Commercial as an Associate Partner in 2010 to assist in the expansion of the commercial department.

Together we have extensive knowledge and experience of the property industry and strong local market knowledge. This has helped us provide our clients with sound, professional property advice to manage their property interests effectively.

We aim to provide our clients with an effective and friendly service which will allow them to make informed decisions in the purchase, disposal or enhancement of their property assets.
